I'm Dr Kerstin

Award-winning designer, researcher, speaker

I work with executives, HR leaders, team leaders and subject matter experts to apply psychology and behavioural science to solve problems. These include culture, learning and education, health and wellbeing, community engagement, communications and much more. I approach these problems through evidence from the latest in behavioural science, design thinking, innovation, and collaboration.

I truly believe that the power to shape a great future for humanity is in our hands and that behaviour is the key to solving many of today's challenges.

I work as a designer, specialising in behaviour change and gamification. I do speaking, workshops, gamification and serious game design, and design nudges and behavioural interventions.

Gamification and serious games capture attention, boost wellbeing and social cohesion, and allow our brains to learn effectively and in safe environments.
