I work with executives, HR leaders, team leaders and subject matter experts to apply psychology and behavioural science to solve problems. These include culture, learning and education, health and wellbeing, community engagement, communications and much more. I approach these problems through evidence from the latest in behavioural science and innovation.

I truly believe that the power to shape a great future for humanity is in our hands and that behaviour is the key to solving many of today's challenges. I love blending creativity and innovation with science and quantifiable results.
