About

I specialise in behaviour change and gamification to deliver impact - whether it be more engaged and thriving workplaces, developing gamified experiences that educate, delight and shift behaviour, or designing better experiences for citizens.

With over 10 years experience in design thinking, I've worked with government, private businesses, multinationals, not-for-profits and educational institutions in Australia, the US, South Africa, Singapore, Germany, and Italy.

My PhD research was in design thinking, complex systems and behaviour change through gamification, with a focus on nudging workplace behaviour. I have also delivered a TEDtalk on the psychology of gamification for bringing about collective change.

I founded PentaQuest, a startup specialising in gamification and SaaS product. I raised venture capital and successfully sold the business.
